Did that surprise you? We hope not. After all, who doesn’t enjoy a cozy corner where great minds come together to share their thoughts on shaping a better world? We all have opinions, some positive, others not so much. At PeppyBurro® we recognize this very basic human need and are committed to offering you a platform where you can freely express yourself. Criticisms are as welcome as flattery, as long as they’re constructive and not derogatory. Let’s see what it takes to be a favorite commenter at PeppyBurro.

House Rules

  • Facebook: First things first, you need a Facebook account to be able to post your comments on our blog. Our commenting system runs on Facebook because we believe it makes for a seamless social experience.
  • Sensitive information: Any comment containing things like email address, phone number, etc. will be deleted as quickly as our minions spot them.
  • Demeanor: Our blog is “family friendly” which means any comment that looks offensive or inappropriate even in hindsight will be edited or deleted and the commenter banned from further action. Play nice.
  • Personal attacks: In the interest of fair play, no personal attacks are acceptable here. You may question or argue the content, but not attack the author, nor any fellow commenter. Failure to respect fellow participants could result in removal and blocked access.
  • Derailed conversations: A comment which does not add to the conversation, runs of on an inappropriate tangent, or kills the conversation may be deemed inapropriate and consequently deleted.
  • Links: This is a big tabboo here. No matter what you think about them, we do not like them, nor do our readers. Any comment with links will be considered spam and you know how spam is treated.
  • Author responses: Comments on this blog will only be responded to their respective threads. The post author will not respond privately via email or other communication method to a blog comment.
  • Hold harmless: Your comments and opinions expressed therein are yours and yours only. Nobody but the commenter will be responsible for any and all repercussions, damages, or liability resulting from their comment.

Easy-peasy, ha? Everything said above can be condensed into one simple rule: Be sincere and respectful. That’s all you need to do and you’re good. Not that hard to follow, now is it? So let’s head over to our blog and get talking.
